About the position

The E-commerce R&D team is experiencing rapid growth, and we are looking for an HR Project Coordinator to support various HR projects. This role will focus on office arrangements, immigration compliance, enhancing employee experience, and event coordination. As an HR Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our HR initiatives are executed effectively and efficiently. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating multiple HR projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners, providing updates on project status and addressing any potential challenges. A significant aspect of your role will involve managing immigration-related requests, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies, and facilitating smooth processes for our international employees. Additionally, you will develop and implement initiatives aimed at improving the overall employee experience, addressing any concerns, and fostering a positive work environment. Event coordination will also be a key responsibility, as you will assist in organizing company events that enhance team cohesion and promote a strong company culture. You will collect and summarize data for reports on the progress and outcomes of HR projects, providing valuable insights to the team. This role is a 12-month temporary assignment and will be pay-rolled through a third-party staffing agency. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within HR or related domains.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changes or urgent requests.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
