This position is a contract role through the end of the year, with the possibility of extension. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, and the pay rate is $34 per hour. The HR Project Coordinator will provide operational support to the HR department by coordinating project activities. This includes ensuring that meetings are organized, agendas are created, and follow-up items are tracked and completed. The role also involves preparing presentations and pulling reports, acting as a liaison between the project team and internal stakeholders to follow up on tasks, update lists, and ensure that project timelines are managed effectively. Additionally, the coordinator will maintain up-to-date documentation to ensure that all available information is accessible and current, and will be responsible for scheduling meetings for the project team.
