About the position

The HR Project Management Office (PMO) is seeking a seasoned Project Manager specializing in HR transformation. This role involves leading initiatives to optimize human resources processes, systems, and organizational culture, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage HR transformation projects, including process re-engineering, technology implementation, and change management.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables that align with organizational goals.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all resources are effectively allocated.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders, providing updates and gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure effective communication and engagement across all levels of the organization to support change management initiatives.
  • Analyze project outcomes and metrics to assess effectiveness and drive future enhancements.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with industry best practices in HR management.

Requirements

  • At least 12 years of project management experience, specifically managing large scale enterprise implementations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • 5+ years of knowledge and hands-on experience working with Agile Scrum Project Management frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills - ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations.
  • Comfort with a high degree of autonomy and demonstrated ability in managing priorities from multiple internal and external partners.
  • Experience in helping enhance scrum team agility and cultivate a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong research and analysis skills with attention to detail, as well as a problem-solving mindset.
  • Prior experience leading multiple implementation projects, working with multiple teams and businesses.
  • Strong time management skills, ability to effectively juggle multiple priorities.
