About the position

The HR Project Manager at EverBank is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling resources and processes to achieve project objectives within defined constraints. This role involves managing small to moderate-sized projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The HR Project Manager will work under limited supervision and utilize their knowledge of project requirements to drive project success.

Responsibilities

• Organizes project teams by assigning individual responsibilities and developing project schedules.
• Drafts estimates of costs, resources, and time required for each project phase and allocates resources accordingly.
• Implements established project plans and monitors progress against these plans.
• Provides updates to management regarding project status, including cost, timing, and staffing.
• Resolves obstacles to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conducts project meetings and prepares regular reports to communicate project status.
• Works with outside contractors to ensure satisfactory service standards are met.

Requirements

• University degree preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience required; 5+ years preferred.
• Proactive approach to project management with a self-starter attitude.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Visio, and MS Project.
