Responsibilities

• Manage the full desk recruitment process for various HR functions.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for product manager and business analyst positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes in a heavily regulated environment.
• Maintain candidate records and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter with full desk/lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for product manager or business analyst roles.
• Familiarity with agency and corporate recruiting environments.
• Ability to work in a heavily regulated environment.

Nice-to-haves
