About the position

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in the legal industry, located in Greenville, South Carolina. This role primarily involves sourcing and reviewing potential candidates, organizing recruitment events, and managing the overall hiring process. The HR Recruiter will play a crucial role in ensuring that the organization attracts and retains top talent while adhering to legal and company guidelines. The position requires a proactive approach to recruitment, utilizing various channels to identify potential candidates and effectively managing the recruitment lifecycle from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Source potential candidates through various channels including professional networking sites, job boards, and career fairs.
  • Review and analyze resumes using our ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode system.
  • Organize and plan recruitment events to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel and the Kronos Timekeeping System for efficient management of recruitment tasks.
  • Handle the entire recruitment process, from initial sourcing to final hiring.
  • Utilize ADP - Financial Services for accurate and efficient processing of recruitment related transactions.
  • Conduct background checks in accordance with legal and company guidelines.
  • Ensure all recruitment documentation is up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.
  • Manage various benefit functions for prospective employees.
  • Implement and improve hiring processes to ensure a smooth experience for candidates.

Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment, preferably in the legal industry.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to review and assess resumes effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills for recruitment events.
  • Ability to conduct background checks and ensure compliance with legal standards.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Kronos Timekeeping System.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with ADP - Financial Services for recruitment transactions.
  • Knowledge of diversity recruitment strategies.
  • Previous experience in organizing recruitment events.
