About the position

The HR Recruiter at Solvita is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and hire top talent for the organization. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, developing effective recruitment strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The recruiter will utilize various channels to source candidates and stay updated on industry trends and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely and professional communication throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and employment laws to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience recruiting for exempt-level positions.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
