About The Position
The HR Recruiter at Englewood Health is responsible for executing full cycle recruitment activities and implementing talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the organization. This role focuses on recruiting for clinical, administrative, and IT roles, including those that are hard to fill. The recruiter will ensure a positive candidate experience, collaborate with hiring managers and leadership, and develop diverse talent pipelines. Additionally, the HR Recruiter will engage with candidates throughout the hiring process and participate in recruitment events to enhance retention efforts.
