About the position

We are looking for a professional with a friendly attitude and the ability to multitask to serve as our company's HR Recruiting & Onboarding Specialists. The role involves classifying and screening resumes, arranging pre-employment tests, determining the list of interviews, notifying applicants to come for interviews, conducting preliminary interview assessments for candidates, and issuing comprehensive evaluation opinions. At the same time, maintaining a good relationship with applicants throughout the recruitment process is crucial. Additionally, you will help new employees onboard by communicating with them to ensure they can adapt to the working environment smoothly. Organizing professional knowledge training every week and various personnel activities while following up on the progress of new employees is also part of your responsibilities. You will be expected to identify problems in the job application process, propose reasonable suggestions for optimizing the recruitment system and process, and complete recruitment analysis reports. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to think outside the box, and an outgoing personality. A major in HR is preferred, as it aligns with the responsibilities of the role and the overall mission of our organization.
