The Human Resources Recruiting Relations Specialist at Singing River Health System plays a crucial role in the recruitment process, reporting directly to the Human Resources Recruiting Manager. This position is responsible for coordinating and implementing recruitment strategies tailored to meet the specific needs of assigned areas within the organization. As a key member of the Recruitment Team, the Specialist is tasked with attracting, recruiting, and retaining candidates for various positions within the health system. This involves close collaboration with departmental and organizational leaders to develop and execute employment branding strategies, talent programs, and systems that align with the organization's human resources initiatives, both for immediate and long-term workforce needs. In addition to recruitment, the Specialist manages strategic partnerships, both internal and external, to enhance the Health System's reputation as an employer of choice. This role also involves engaging in discussions with key stakeholders and HR professionals regarding diversity recruitment, staffing strategies, and succession planning. The Specialist is expected to perform all duties in accordance with Singing River Health System's policies and procedures, as well as the guidelines set forth by accreditation organizations and governing bodies for healthcare employees.
