About the position

The Human Resources Recruiting Specialist at JD Home Healthcare is responsible for managing employee relations, talent acquisition, and recruitment processes. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, effective negotiation abilities, and proficiency in HR technologies to enhance workforce management. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and provide ongoing support to employees.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Conduct internal recruiting efforts to identify and promote talent within the organization.
  • Utilize ATS systems Indeed/Jazz HR for tracking employee information and managing HR processes.
  • Resume screening and initial phone screens.
  • Conduct interviews with applicants.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization to foster a positive work environment.
  • Negotiate employment offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources or related field, with a focus on in-home healthcare services.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Familiarity with HR software.
  • Excellent research skills to stay updated on HR trends and best practices.
  • Ability to conduct thorough employee evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse teams effectively.

Nice-to-haves

  • 2+ years recruiting experience.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or a similar role, preferably within a 245D company.
  • Thorough understanding of 245D regulations and compliance requirements related to hiring.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
