About the position

Ten Sixty Logistics, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Delivery Driver Recruiter and Onboarding Specialist to join our expanding team. This position is available in both part-time and full-time capacities, offering a starting pay of $19 per hour, with potential increases based on experience. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a positive attitude, demonstrating strong communication skills and a high level of motivation. This role is crucial in maintaining a robust talent acquisition process, ensuring that we attract and onboard the best candidates for our delivery driver positions. As a Delivery Driver Recruiter and Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to facilitating interviews and onboarding new employees. You will maintain a comprehensive database of applicants, coordinate job postings, and participate in job fairs to attract potential candidates. Your role will also involve maintaining HR records for all employees, ensuring compliance with Amazon and Ohio business best practices, and monitoring insurance and payroll for current employees. You will play a key role in implementing team-building incentives and reporting on compliance metrics related to personnel. This position requires a strong foundation in human resources, particularly in talent acquisition and recruiting. Familiarity with tools such as ADP and Indeed is preferred, as well as experience in technical recruiting and relationship management. The ability to communicate effectively and positively with employees is essential, as is the capacity to embrace technology and adapt to new systems. Responsibilities

Requirements
