This includes the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures, as well as the maintenance of the Personnel Policy Manual and other HR-related policies. The HR Generalist will ensure that the company adheres to best practices in human resources management and will work closely with management to align HR strategies with business objectives. Candidates for this position should possess a Bachelor’s Degree and have a minimum of three years of experience in a human resources role. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft software are essential for success in this position.
