About the position

The HR Service Center Analyst at CITGO Petroleum Corporation is responsible for managing and overseeing company-wide HR data, ensuring data integrity, and providing support for HR inquiries. This role requires expertise in SAP/SuccessFactors to analyze and process requests related to employee pay records and organizational structure, while also educating HR personnel on key processes. The analyst will serve as a subject matter expert, ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws and supporting various business unit requests.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and protect company-wide HR data.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP HR/SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
  • Analyze personnel action requests to ensure no adverse effects on employees or data security.
  • Provide guidance and training to HR professionals regarding correct procedures in SAP/SuccessFactors.
  • Manage the employment verification process for employees company-wide.
  • Partner with HR professionals to analyze and restructure organizations for proper alignment and cost flow.
  • Instruct IT Production Support to configure critical HR tables in SAP.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for technical HR processes affecting data in SAP.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred.
  • 3 years of job-related experience with an Associate's degree in human resources or related field, or 5 years of experience without an Associate's degree.
  • Strong customer service orientation and good written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High-level knowledge of SAP and/or SuccessFactors.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration.
