About the position

This position is incentive eligible. The HR Service Center (HRSC) Director is responsible for ensuring that Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR service representative tasks, such as answering calls and providing transaction support, are completed accurately, timely, and efficiently while adhering to all legislative requirements and company policies. The HRSC Director will work under the direction of the Director to ensure that HR service delivery is consistently high-quality. This role involves overseeing and directing operations for customer service representatives and supervisors, managing call volumes, and ensuring that transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner. In this role, you will provide coaching and guidance to improve staff performance and capabilities, identify training needs, and develop staff in both technical and soft skills. You will also review and analyze tier metrics on an ongoing basis to help continuously improve service center operations. Additionally, the HRSC Director will oversee and manage vendor activity in support of the work needing to be accomplished and provide advice and counsel as necessary. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience required.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in HR service center preferred.
