In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of Talent tasks that are crucial to the performance and talent management cycles within the organization. This includes overseeing new hire orientations and collaborating with various Centers of Excellence, HR Operations Specialists, and HR Partners to ensure that there is a clear agreement on the delivery and administration of work. As an individual contributor, you will report directly to the Human Resources Operations Manager, playing a vital role in the HR operations team. Your responsibilities will include managing reporting for performance management, ensuring that all distributions are aligned with the company's goals. You will also review potential lists of promotions, identifying any impactful conflicts and sharing your findings with the appropriate team members. A key aspect of your role will be to provide an outstanding, customer-first approach when answering questions from employees and managers regarding performance management and talent planning. Additionally, you will analyze employee status to assess eligibility outcomes and identify trends in talent and performance management inquiries. This analysis will help improve responses, educational materials, and processes. You will oversee the materials and execution of new employee onboarding orientation sessions, ensuring that new hires have a smooth transition into the company. Furthermore, you will determine the appropriate path for escalations to resolve inquiries for pending new hires. Lastly, you will provide backup coverage for other areas within the HR Operations Service Delivery teams, which may include background checks, global talent acquisition, offboarding, and initial case management evaluation.
