About the position

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of Talent tasks that are crucial to the performance and talent management cycles within the organization. This includes overseeing new hire orientations and collaborating with various Centers of Excellence, HR Operations Specialists, and HR Partners to ensure that there is a clear agreement on the delivery and administration of work. As an individual contributor, you will report directly to the Human Resources Operations Manager, playing a vital role in the HR operations team. Your responsibilities will include managing reporting for performance management, ensuring that all distributions are aligned with the company's goals. You will also review potential lists of promotions, identifying any impactful conflicts and sharing your findings with the appropriate team members. A key aspect of your role will be to provide an outstanding, customer-first approach when answering questions from employees and managers regarding performance management and talent planning. This will require you to analyze employee statuses to assess eligibility outcomes and identify trends in talent and performance management inquiries, which will help improve responses, educational materials, and processes. Additionally, you will oversee the materials and execution of new employee onboarding orientation sessions in the US, determining the appropriate path for escalations to resolve inquiries for pending new hires. You will also provide backup coverage for other areas within the HR Operations Service Delivery teams, which may include tasks related to background checks, global talent acquisition, offboarding, and initial case management evaluation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage reporting for performance management and ensure distribution and alignment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of HR or relevant experience including 2 years of talent/performance management
  • Proficiency in office software especially in MS Excel including the ability to use formulas, create pivots and charts, and design complex templates for analytics
  • Be deliberate and responsive with a commitment to high-quality deliverables
