About The Position

This role serves as a subject matter expert in employee lifecycle management, including performance management, employee engagement, and compliance. The HR Site Lead collaborates with various departments and HR Centers of Excellence to ensure operational excellence and foster a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR generalist background, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required for this position.
