About the position

This position assists caregivers with specific inquiries and processes specialty team transactions. The role involves receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving caregiver requests. The work is conducted within enterprise HR systems to manage information and processes, and it requires collaboration with aligned Networks of Expertise and Business Partners. The position operates during regular business hours from Monday through Friday, with no regular weekends, holidays, evenings, graves, or on-call requirements. This structured schedule allows for a balanced work-life environment, focusing on providing excellent support to caregivers while maintaining a consistent routine. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that caregiver requests are handled efficiently and effectively, contributing to a positive experience for all stakeholders involved. This role is crucial in maintaining the flow of information and support within the organization, ensuring that caregivers receive the assistance they need in a timely manner. The position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to navigate complex inquiries with professionalism and care. In addition to the core responsibilities, the role may involve utilizing various enterprise software tools to document interactions and track the progress of requests. The candidate will need to demonstrate proficiency in computer and enterprise software, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and calendaring, to perform their duties effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this position, as the candidate will interact with caregivers and other team members regularly.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Demonstrated progressive experience in a Human Resources, healthcare or other customer service role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer and enterprise software including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and calendaring.
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated skills in collaboration, diplomacy and discretion.

Nice-to-haves

  • Demonstrated work experience in human resources, learning, client relations, project management, or continuous improvement.
  • A working knowledge of the healthcare industry, roles, and terminology.
