The Human Resources Specialist position at the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics (NCSSM) is a permanent part-time role, requiring 30 hours of work per week. Additionally, the position includes consulting on compensation and salary adjustments, providing HRIS support, and serving as one of the Learning Management System (LMS) administrators. The role plays a crucial part in onboarding new employees and ensuring that all HR processes align with the policies of the Office of State Human Resources (OSHR) and the University of North Carolina (UNC) System.
