About the position

The HR Specialist I position is an entry-level role focused on supporting the effective operation and improvement of various HR processes. The role involves collaboration with stakeholders, development of tools and resources, and execution of basic HR programs and projects. The specialist will gain subject matter expertise in areas such as Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, and Talent Acquisition, while also assisting with HR data reporting and analysis to enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Support the effective operation and improvement of HR processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create tools and resources.
  • Execute basic HR programs and projects.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in HR disciplines such as Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Assist with HR data reporting and analysis to improve service delivery.
  • Advise HR and business leaders on best practices.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
  • Master's degree and Professional HR Certification preferred.
  • No previous experience required.
