Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service regarding benefit and retirement plan offerings, eligibility, deadlines, and processes.
  • Respond to inquiries about Summary Plan Documents, coverage, and eligibility for various health plans and retirement options.
  • Maintain documentation and process service tickets to ensure accurate tracking of issues and resolutions.
  • Provide customer service and problem-solving regarding human resource policies and programs, including payroll and leave benefits.
  • Support administrative processing, ensuring information is accurate and provided in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • An associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field.

Nice-to-haves

  • An Associate's degree and 3 years of human resources office experience.
  • Experience in a call center or equivalent environment.
  • Familiarity with university systems and human resources policies.
