About the position

The HR Specialist - Talent Acquisitions at Ladgov Corporation is responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies using Delegated Examining, Merit Promotion, and special hiring authorities.
  • Create job announcements on USA Staffing and USA Jobs.
  • Evaluate and rate applicants, ensuring veterans' preference is applied where appropriate.
  • Conduct job analyses and manage the hiring process from candidate sourcing to final offer.
  • Provide consultation on recruitment and personnel management solutions to hiring managers.
  • Ensure compliance with federal laws, regulations, and merit system principles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment or staffing.
  • DEU certification required.
  • Knowledge of USA Staffing, eOPF, and federal HR policies.
