About the position

The HR Specialist at Huisong Pharmaceuticals is responsible for supporting various human resource functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits management, attendance tracking, and employee training and development. This role is crucial in maintaining a competitive compensation package and ensuring compliance with company policies and legislation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment by performing phone screenings and leading the interview process.
• Maintain an equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package.
• Ensure compensation practices comply with current legislation.
• Operate attendance devices and maintain accurate time records.
• Process raw attendance data and calculate overtime payments.
• Maintain candidate databases in HRIS and update employee records with personnel changes.
• Communicate with managers to identify training needs and assist in mapping out development plans.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in nutrition supplements, foods & beverages, pharmaceuticals, or essential oil & fragrances manufacturing or ingredients distribution companies.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development.
• Experience in recruiting, particularly in pharmaceuticals and nutrition supplements.
• Experience sourcing and building candidate pools using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication and presenting skills.
