About the position

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Contract HR Specialist to support our human resources department on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and maintained in compliance with company policies.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a fair and confidential manner.
  • Support HR compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports as needed.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, such as employee engagement surveys or policy updates.
