About the position

The HR Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources functions of a rapidly growing manufacturing company. This position focuses on payroll management, benefits administration, and onboarding processes, contributing to a culture of diversity and inclusion while ensuring compliance and efficiency in HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage bi-weekly payroll responsibilities for 200 staff
• Oversee benefits administration including dental, medical, and healthcare coverage for the organization
• Assist with managing 401k contributions and elections for staff
• Responsible for overseeing new hire onboarding including paperwork, onboarding tasks, etc.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience within an HR role
• Payroll experience
• Benefits administration experience
• Onboarding experience
• 401k management experience
