About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile HR Specialist & Sales Representative to join our team. This dual-role position will involve managing various HR functions while also driving sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human resources processes and a passion for sales, enabling them to contribute effectively to both departments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the hiring process, from job postings to interviewing and onboarding new employees.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
  • Address employee concerns and conflicts, fostering a positive workplace environment.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee performance appraisal processes, providing guidance and support to managers.
  • Facilitate training and development programs for employees.
  • Administer employee compensation, benefits, and payroll systems.
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary and benefits packages.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through various methods, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay informed about the products or services being sold, including features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase products and address client concerns.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to close sales while ensuring company profitability.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the industry.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
