About the position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team at IRISS Inc., a global leader in Safety & Reliability for critical asset monitoring, inspection, and management. This position is based at our headquarters in Bradenton, FL. The successful candidate will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. As an HR Specialist, you will assist with job postings and sourcing candidates, ensuring that we attract the best talent for our organization. You will coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates, acting as a liaison between potential hires and the HR team. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in the onboarding process for new hires, which includes preparing offer letters and conducting orientation sessions to help them acclimate to our company culture. Your responsibilities will also include supporting the HR team in addressing employee inquiries and concerns, helping to maintain positive employee relations by fostering a supportive work environment. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases, ensuring that all information is accurate and compliant with company policies and employment laws. Furthermore, you will assist with the preparation and processing of HR documents, such as employment contracts and performance reviews, and track and report on employee training and development activities.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
