About the position

The HR Specialist at Yonder Media Mobile is a pivotal role focused on enhancing global HR initiatives and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. This position involves driving recruitment efforts across Europe, the US, and Latin America, while also supporting various HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, and compensation. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic self-starter with a strong background in HR and recruitment, ready to make a significant impact in a fast-growing international organization.

Responsibilities

  • Drive recruitment efforts across Europe, the US, and Latin America, identifying and attracting top talent that aligns with company culture and values.
  • Execute and manage offers, contracts, and vendor and partner engagement as part of global people operations support.
  • Foster positive relationships between employees and management, addressing concerns and facilitating a supportive work environment.
  • Implement performance management systems that encourage employee growth and recognize contributions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Stay current with labor laws and best practices in the regions of operation, developing and implementing relevant HR policies.
  • Design and coordinate training programs that enhance employee skills and support career development.
  • Collaborate with management to assess and enhance competitive compensation and benefits packages tailored to attract and retain talent.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate HR metrics for informed decision-making and continuous improvement of HR practices.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR/Recruitment/People Operations, with expertise in European, US, and Latin American markets.
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages relevant to the markets (Spanish, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian) is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, with skills in negotiation and conflict resolution.
