Responsibilities

• Handle HR and administrative tasks efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
• Generate regular reports to provide insights into HR activities.
• Ensure adherence to all aspects of California compliance, including onboarding, hiring, and training procedures.
• Utilize software such as Restaurant 365 for payroll & Microsoft Office for daily operations.
• Exemplify resourcefulness and problem-solving skills in HR-related challenges.
• Foster an environment of collaboration and teamwork.
• Leverage HR Administration skills to manage employee-related services.
• Utilize ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode and CRM to manage recruitment and customer relationships.
• Administer benefits functions to ensure employees are well-informed of their entitlements.
• Take initiative in onboarding and administrative assistance tasks to support the team.

Requirements

• Familiarity and experience with CRM systems is expected.
• Candidate must have a strong understanding of benefit functions within an organization.
• Compliance knowledge, particularly in relation to HR laws and regulations, is essential.
• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration is a key requirement.
• Administrative Assistance skills, such as organization and time management, are needed.
• The ability to effectively manage onboarding processes for new hires is required.
