Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding support for new hires across partner companies.
• Manage retention processes to ensure employee satisfaction and engagement.
• Interpret and apply HR policies consistently across the organization.
• Maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for accurate employee data.
• Offer local administrative support to HR initiatives and programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Exemplary ethics and integrity to handle confidential information.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the residential home services industry or similar fields.
• Multi-site HR experience.
