Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Maintain and update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) for accurate data collection and reporting.
• Provide guidance on employment labor laws and best practices to ensure compliance across the organization.
• Collaborate with management on organization design and workforce management strategies.
• Assist in project management initiatives related to HR programs and policies.
• Utilize tools such as Paylocity and Taleo for efficient HR operations.
• Support employee onboarding processes to enhance new hire experiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience in human resources or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly Paylocity and Taleo.
• Strong understanding of employment labor laws and benefits administration.
• Excellent interviewing skills with a focus on candidate experience.
• Demonstrated project management abilities with strong organizational skills.
• Experience in data collection and analysis to support HR decision-making.
