Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Collaborate with team leaders to understand staffing needs and facilitate the hiring process
  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees
  • Administer employee benefits and handle related tasks
  • Communicate with employees regarding various HR-related issues and updates
  • Utilize skills such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, CRM, About Time, Auditing, Benefit Functions, Recruiting, Onboarding, New Employee Orientation
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all HR operations
  • Organize staff parties and company events
  • Maintain a high degree of urgency to meet deadlines and find the best candidates.

Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Specialist in the Manufacturing industry
  • Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
  • Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
  • Experience with Ceridian software is necessary
  • Must have CRM skills
  • Knowledge of 'About Time' software is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience in Auditing
  • Must be capable of managing Benefit Functions
  • Proven track record in Recruiting
  • Experience in Onboarding new employees
  • Ability to conduct New Employee Orientation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
  • Must possess strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of 'About Time' software is a plus
