The specialist will provide assistance to staff regarding any benefits-related questions or issues, maintaining a high level of service and support. Additionally, the role requires meticulous documentation of all benefits changes to ensure compliance with plan regulations. A significant aspect of this position is maintaining compliance with the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and conducting audits as necessary. The HR Benefits Specialist will be responsible for sending letters to eligible staff each month and keeping copies for record-keeping purposes.
