About the position

The Human Resources Specialist at CNC Oilfield Services, LLC will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance. This position involves providing administrative support to the Director of Human Resources and facilitating the daily operations of the HR department.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the administration of payroll and employee benefits.
• Help manage the daily workflow of the HR department.
• Prepare materials for performance evaluations and assist in tracking employee performance data.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with the HR Director on staffing and recruiting strategies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Help coordinate training and professional development programs for staff.
• Conduct research on HR trends and prepare reports as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as required to support the HR team.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in an HR administrative role or similar position.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, but not required.
• Basic understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with UKG or other HRIS technologies.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
