Requirements

• Proven experience in Human Resources, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of HR metrics and systems, with a strategic mindset to align HR initiatives with business growth.
• People-oriented and results-driven with the ability to build and manage effective interpersonal relationships at all levels.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices.
• Excellent skills in active listening, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications a plus.
