About the position

The Sr. Solutions Architect will play a crucial role in collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure customer success through effective solution design and implementation. This position emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and technical expertise in translating business requirements into actionable solutions, particularly in the context of Teamcenter or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Consultants, Architects, Project Managers, and other internal and external interfaces to ensure customer success.
• Translate business requirements into process-aligned designs for client solutions based on standard methodologies.
• Support customer management of expectations and adoption by demonstrating the complete Client Delivery framework.
• Lead technical aspects of large software implementation projects.
• Gather customer requirements and write design documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical experience as a Solution Architect.
• 7+ years of relevant IT industry experience.
• Multiple years of experience designing Teamcenter or similar customer solutions.
• Experience in the technical leadership of large software implementation projects.
• Experience using Agile principles in project execution.
• Customer requirements gathering and design writing experience.
• Bachelor's Degree.
