About the position

The HR Specialist at RiVidium Inc (dba TripleCyber) is responsible for providing expert advice to Federal agencies on complex position classification and compensation issues. This senior-level role involves analyzing and recommending classifications for a variety of positions, conducting job analysis studies, and advising departmental officials on classification requests and their implications. The position requires a high level of judgment and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on position classification and compensation issues to Federal agencies.
• Analyze and recommend classifications for a wide variety of positions.
• Develop recommendations for new or revised classification titles and series of positions.
• Conduct special occupational or job analysis studies as needed.
• Review complex classification requests and discuss duties and responsibilities of positions under review.
• Advise departmental officials on the alignment effects of classification requests on other positions.
• Prepare audit reports with recommendations for appropriate action.
• Perform detailed studies and analyses related to classification or pay, providing recommendations for final action.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 10 or more years of experience in high-level staffing classification services support.
• Experience in conducting qualification determinations and coding personnel actions in personnel systems.
• Ability to perform a variety of duties in all areas of staffing.
