About the position

The HR Specialist at WeVision will be instrumental in managing various HR functions, focusing primarily on employee relations, compliance, and recruitment. This role is designed for a proactive individual who is passionate about building a strong workforce and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR processes, immigration law, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, providing guidance, and facilitating conflict resolution.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and initiatives that align with the company's goals.
• Provide guidance on immigration cases, ensuring compliance with relevant immigration and HR laws.
• Organize and conduct training sessions for employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with performance management processes, including performance reviews and feedback sessions.
• Support the recruitment lifecycle as needed, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions to attract top talent.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations.
• Solid understanding of immigration law and HR law.
• Previous knowledge and experience handling immigration cases.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a passion for helping others.
• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin.
