The Store HR Specialist position at Vallarta Supermarkets is a full-time role that plays a crucial part in supporting the Corporate HR Team. The HR Specialist will need to possess excellent planning, time management, decision-making, and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, and being bilingual in Spanish is a significant advantage. The role also demands proficiency in MS Office products, including the ability to create charts and graphs, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professional conduct in all communications. Candidates should be prepared to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required. The role may involve light lifting of supplies and materials, and the ability to commute to various district locations is necessary. The HR Specialist will be expected to work with minimal supervision while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. This position is classified as non-exempt and typically requires working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with the possibility of extended hours as needed.
