About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and experience with HR software systems, contributing to the overall efficiency of our human resources department.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems such as ADP, Dayforce, Oracle, or PeopleSoft.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct data collection and analysis to support workforce management initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support for HR projects and programs, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Support employee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in HR software systems such as ADP, Dayforce, Oracle, or PeopleSoft.
  • Excellent project management abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of data collection methods and workforce management practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
