Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from employees and managers, ensuring professional and efficient resolution.
• Support customers on the HR portal and relevant online tools for transaction completion.
• Provide operational advisory support and administrative services for in-scope HR processes.
• Gather and input customer-related data accurately.
• Work according to defined standards and local compliance requirements.
• Escalate cases needing clarification on policies and procedures.
• Identify customer-centered improvements and participate in improvement projects.
• Drive standardization, simplification, and automation of HR processes.
• Ensure service level agreements are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.
• Maintain and update knowledge database.

Requirements

• Mid-level experience in Human Resources or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
