About the position

The HR Specialist at Deltek is responsible for managing employee records globally, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with various functional groups to address data inconsistencies. This role involves assisting in the testing and deployment of HR systems, delivering reports, and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency. The position is crucial for maintaining accurate HR information and supporting the overall HR function within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee records globally, including integration of new hire records and updating existing employee information in HR systems.
  • Ensure data integrity by executing data audits and validating questionable information with requestors and stakeholders.
  • Assist and deliver ad-hoc reports in a timely manner and design scheduled reports based on customer needs.
  • Review and fix feed errors from various systems such as BrassRing, OrgPlus, and Active Directory.
  • Collaborate with functional groups to obtain necessary information on critical requests and data inconsistencies.
  • Assist in testing, deployment, and validation of upgrades, automation, and system enhancements for HR Systems.
  • Build process documents for end-users.
  • Recommend effective process improvements.
  • Attend to employment verification requests.
  • Perform tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience, 3-5 years of progressive HRIS experience.
  • Experience with global workforce and matrix organizational structure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with numbers.
  • Highly organized and able to collaborate with cross-functional groups.
  • Ability to multi-task and adjust work schedule according to business needs.
  • Assertive and able to communicate with people from all levels in the organization.
  • Meticulous with good attention to detail, able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Customer-oriented.
