About the position

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role requires the individual to conduct monthly meetings with a small group of employees to address and resolve workplace issues, document incidents and complaints, and reinforce compliance with office policies. The HR Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all employee concerns are handled appropriately and that the workplace remains compliant with established policies. The position is designed to be flexible, allowing the specialist to integrate this role with other professional commitments. The meetings will take place once a month during the lunch hour, making it a convenient option for those who may have other jobs or responsibilities. Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly meetings with 4 employees to address and resolve workplace issues.
• Document all incidents and complaints during the meetings.
• Reinforce compliance with office policies during discussions.
• Ensure that all employee concerns are handled appropriately.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources.
• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in conflict management.
• Familiarity with payroll and HRIS systems.
• Experience with Workday is preferred.
• Experience in the medical field or prior work with medical offices and practices is helpful.
• Experience managing small to medium-sized companies.
