About the position

The HR Specialist at arrivia plays a crucial role in supporting HR initiatives and enhancing the employee experience. This position involves collaboration with HR Business Partners and the broader HR team to deliver effective HR services, ensuring smooth operations in various HR functions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, process payroll, and generate HR reports.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Assist employees with benefits inquiries and enrollment, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives, contributing to process improvement and continuous development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
