About the position

As an HR Specialist at Arrivia, you will be a crucial part of the HR team, focusing on supporting people initiatives and enhancing the employee experience. This role involves collaborating with HR Business Partners and the broader HR team to provide efficient HR services, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, and managing employee records and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, process payroll, and generate HR reports.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Assist employees with benefits inquiries and enrollment, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives, contributing to process improvement and continuous development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
