About the position

The Human Resources Department is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing, optimizing, and overseeing the accurate management of our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) data. This position is crucial for ensuring that our HRIS is functioning effectively and efficiently, which in turn supports the overall operations of the HR department. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating employee data information within our human resource platforms. Continuous evaluation and enhancement of HRIS processes for efficiency and effectiveness will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also identify areas for automation and implement solutions to streamline data management, which is essential for improving the overall productivity of the HR team. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating HR metric reports, such as employee anniversaries, monthly new hires, and monthly termination reports. Responding to internal departments regarding current and former employee information will also be part of your duties, along with handling ad hoc requests and assignments to assist the department. You will assist in the development of standard and automated reports for ongoing needs, create pivot tables and charts, and develop workflow materials to track and present data effectively. Collaboration with the HR department will be essential as you troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly. You will provide general support in the areas of people metrics and reporting, manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure organization-wide compliance, and compile data to create and run reports that support HR operations needs. Furthermore, you will create, maintain, and ensure quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, and metrics, while developing HR dashboards and analytics tools to streamline HR processes and provide actionable insights. As the system administrator for HR systems, applications, and integrations with other systems, you will collaborate with the HR Leadership Director of HR Systems and the Assistant Director of Human Resources to plan and configure the HRIS, set up, and test new applications and features. Supporting system maintenance, managing software implementations and upgrades, and working with vendors to implement solutions or enhancements will also be part of your responsibilities.
