The HR Specialist at Zongteng Group will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for the regional office located in Vernon, CA. This position requires a close collaboration with business leaders to understand their HR needs and provide effective HR solutions and interventions. The HR Specialist will be responsible for various HR functions in America, engaging extensively across the entire staff lifecycle. This includes implementing initiatives in all HR aspects such as payroll, performance and reward management, talent acquisition, and outsourcing staff management. The role also involves building the fundamental HR infrastructure and framework, as well as creating standardized HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency in HR operations. In addition to these responsibilities, the HR Specialist will work closely with the headquarters in China to manage daily HR operations. This will require effective communication and coordination to align HR practices between the regional office and the headquarters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, particularly in talent acquisition and payroll, and will be well-versed in local employment laws and legislation.
