About the position

The HR Specialist at Zongteng Group will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for the regional office located in Vernon, CA. This position requires a close collaboration with business leaders to understand their HR needs and provide effective HR solutions and interventions. The HR Specialist will be responsible for various HR functions in America, engaging extensively across the entire staff lifecycle. This includes implementing initiatives in all HR aspects such as payroll, performance and reward management, talent acquisition, and outsourcing staff management. The role also involves building the fundamental HR infrastructure and framework, as well as creating standardized HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency in HR operations. In addition to these responsibilities, the HR Specialist will work closely with the headquarters in China to manage daily HR operations. This will require effective communication and coordination to align HR practices between the regional office and the headquarters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, particularly in talent acquisition and payroll, and will be well-versed in local employment laws and legislation. The ability to communicate fluently in both English and Chinese is essential for this role, as it will facilitate collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for the regional office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of HR experience in all HR functions, with a focus on talent acquisition and payroll.
  • Familiarity with local employment law and legislation.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
  • Authorization to work in America for any employer.
