As a HR Staffing Specialist for UKHC Information Technology, you will play a crucial role in the Human Resources department, contributing to the daily functions and operations that support healthcare employees and organizational goals. You will also support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork, scheduling applicable orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees into the organization. Additionally, maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy in HR systems will be a key part of your role. Requirements

  • Technical experience with HR systems and applications.

Nice-to-haves

  • Degree in Human Resources or Communications preferred.
  • Significant work experience in human resources office with a focus on hiring processes.
