About the position

The HR Strategy & Transformation Program Leader plays a crucial role in supporting the HR Strategy & Transformation team by managing operations, strategizing, and supervising projects to align with organizational goals. This position acts as a connector within the organization, serving as a consultant and fostering a high-performance culture while collaborating closely with leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on improvements of end-to-end processes across the enterprise.
  • Build consensus across organizational functional areas and lead root cause analysis to uncover trends and define solutions.
  • Identify and resolve high-priority organizational and business issues in collaboration with leadership.
  • Lead the development of new functional processes, reporting, IT system changes, and business practices.
  • Oversee operations in coordination with leadership to ensure effective resource utilization and policy implementation.
  • Manage critical organizational projects and institutional initiatives, tracking progress and resolving issues.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, distribute pre-meeting materials, capture minutes, and track follow-up actions.
  • Act as a liaison for leadership in communications with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Organization Development, Management, HR Development, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise-wide training or equivalent education and experience.
